SMS Opt-In Process

MaidQuote is a quoting platform for independent house cleaning businesses. Service providers send one-to-one quote and proposal text messages to their own clients. Consent is collected in person: during an on-site visit, the client verbally agrees to receive their quote by text and provides their phone number to the service provider.

Before any message can be sent, the provider must confirm this consent in the app by checking a required checkbox — unchecked by default — stating "Client is present and agreed to receive texts," which links to our consent terms. The send button remains disabled until the box is checked. Consent is confirmed per client, per message. There is no automated or bulk messaging.

Message frequency varies; clients receive a message only when their service provider sends them a quote or proposal. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
